Nave Italia è un brigantino armato a goletta di 61 metri, costruito nei cantieri navali Wiswa di Danzica nel 1993 per una compagnia olandese con il nome di "Swan fan Makkum", e dal 19 marzo 2007 di proprietà della Fondazione Tender to Nave Italia, una Onlus costituita dalla Marina Militare Italiana e dallo Yacht Club Italiano. Da tale data è una Nave iscritta nei ruoli del naviglio militare italiano e gestita in compartecipazione tra i due soci della fondazione.
