Hai esagerato un po troppo con la PP, a mio parere avresti dovuto salvaguardare meglio alcuni caratteri somatici del viso che purtroppo risultano piallati.

Io aprirei due documenti in PS uno con il file originale e l'altro con il file elaborato (questo sopra) copierei l'originale dopo averlo selezionato e lo incollerei sopra al layer elaborato e poi avrei abbassato l'opacità del livello copiato in modo da creare una dissolvenza con il livello sottostante, cioè con questo che hai postato sopra.

Sono sicuro che riusciresti a trovare il giusto compromesso senza rendere troppo finta la foto. E' abbastanza semplice da fare e non porta via piu di trenta secondi. Secondo me vale la pena provarci :)

I would open two documents in PS one with the original file and the other with the processed file (this above) copierei the original after selecting it and incollerei above the layer processed and then I lowered the opacity of the copied layer so create a fade with the underlying layer, that is, with this you posted above.

I'm sure you be able to find the right balance without making too fake the pictures. It 'fairly easy to do and takes away more than thirty seconds. I think it is worth trying :)
