I'm glad you saw this Ann as it's just east of Fordingbridge. I'm looking over to Woodgreen, so it's in 'our' area (OK, more mine than yours) and definitely not Canada! It's a public footpath through a well known holiday village so access etc is little known but also quite restricting. I always enjoy this view and always take a photo but only manage to visit (quite a walk) about every couple of years. |

It's a great view but I wouldn't have recognised it, as it's not an area I go to very often. I'm rather more likely to head towards the Purbecks and don't even go to the New Forest all that often - although that is probably more because I would be disinclined to wander through wooded areas alone than for any other reason. |

I assure you, you are safer in the Forest than down on the coast, I felt quite uncomfortable at times last Friday, some quite strange folk out, but there again I wasn't well and no doubt felt more agitated and anxious than is usual. |
