Mi piace l'idea che hai avuto di riprendere il cenerino nel suo habitat ideale, nel complesso un'immagine ben composta!
Detto questo, la foto non è tecnicamente perfetta: il tempo di scatto è appena al limite per scattare a mano libera ed il tuo obiettivo a 500mm. lavora meglio chiudendo oltre f/8, verso f/11, specie perché la ripresa è ricca di particolari che nella versione in HD rimangono impastati. Magari valuta la possibilità di sfruttare un monopiede od un treppiedi.

I like the idea that you had to shoot the heron in its natural habitat, the whole picture well composed!
That said, the picture is not technically perfect: the shutter speed is just at the edge to shoot handheld and your goal to 500mm. closing works better than f / 8, f/11 to, especially because recovery is rich in detail that the HD version are mixed. Maybe evaluates the possibility of using a monopod or a tripod.
