As near to sunrise as I could get to Portsmouth, by train, yesterday. The rising sun is behind me, coming up from behind buildings and so any earlier would not be much of an advantage. This scene I always take when here though it is not possible to get closer to the water as the jetty is very slippery, with mud and algae and I would be injured, as well as the camera!
