Chiamata anche cappella di San Barnaba è una meravigliosa opera d'arte. In questa sacrestia vi è una magnifica Pala di alabastro in stile rinascimentale opera di Villoldo e Frias. La parte inferiore riproduce in rilievo la figura di San Barnaba mentre il tema principale della pala è La Flagellazione, con Gesù legato alla colonna, lo affiancano i rilievi di Ponzio Pilato e dello storico Flavio Josefo. Nella parte superiore un Ecce Homo tra due angeli completa l'opera. Nella parte superiore dei muri vi sono quattro gruppi smaltati che rappresentano "Il Cammino del Calvario", "La Crocefissione, "La Deposizione dalla Croce" e "La Resurrezione". Completa lasala una magnifica volta a crociera del XIV secolo e una eccellente cassiettiera del settecento.
