Un panning scattato in occasione della rappresentazione della "tresca" del grano a Carovilli (prov. di Isernia). La tresca (o trescatura) era la fase, dopo la trebbiatura, in cui, percuotendo lungamente lo scarto della raccolta del grano, si separava la paglia dalla pula, sostanza che, mischiata al foraggio, rappresentava un prezioso alimento per gli animali da stalla, dediti al faticoso lavoro dei campi.
