con Canon EF 1.4x II, 1/500 f/4.0, ISO 2000, hand held.

Resplendent Quetzal, Quetzal N. P. (Costa Rica). Dopo un'attesa di circa 3 ore, il quetzal si è materializzato sul suo posatoio preferito nelle vicinanze del nido. Attesa ripagata e soddisfazione anche per l'eccezionalità della situazione, poiché il quetzal solitamente nidifica a marzo/aprile e non a settembre. Dopo qualche scatto ci siamo allontanati per consentire al maschio di volare verso il nido indisturbato.
