Considerato uno dei predatori più a rischio estinzione del continente africano, il lupo del Simien, quache anno fa ha subito un ulteriore duro colpo a causa di un epidemia di rabbia che ne ha decimato la popolazione sulle Bale Mountain dove vivono la maggior parte degli esemplari; ora, la popolazione si sta lentamente riprendendo e se ne stimano circa 400 esemplari. Questa è una delle foto che ho appena fatto stampare per la mostra di sabato e domenica prossima........................................................ INVITO MOSTRA FOTOGRAFICA E PROIEZIONI A MILANO IL 26 3 27 SETTEMBRE. Non mancate!! .................................COMPAGNI DI VIAGGIO sto pensando ad un viaggetto di 9 giorni dedicato agli animali etiopi ma per il momento ho in programma il GUJARAT a metà novembre. Finalmente, dopo anni che ci penso, il prossimo viaggio sarà per fotografare le tribù del Gujarat ed il leone asiatico nella foresta di Gir e, per non farci mancare nulle, anche l' affascinante ed incredibile Dharavi slum a Mumbai di cui mi sono innamorato durante il viaggio di aprile per fotografare le tigri.
