Se fosse una poiana dovrebbe essere una poiana molto chiara ma:
1) anche le poiana più chiare hanno il dorso sempre uniforme e non macchiato di chiaro come in questo caso (tranne alcune e rare varianti estremamente chiare)
2) Le narici nella poiana sono rotonde, qui sono allungate
Inoltre questo disegno con la mascherina scura è molto tipico ed è illustrato in maniera ricorrente su molte guide.

If it was a buzzard buzzard should be a very clear but:
1) also buzzard clearer backs are always uniform and not stained clearly as in this case (except some rare variants and extremely clear)
2) The nostrils in the buzzards are round, here they are elongated
Also this design with dark mask is very typical and is shown prominently on many guides.
