1/100 ISO 100, tripod.

Stimma di cicoria selvatica fotografata con obiettivo da microscopio Olympus SPLAN 5x 0,13 "infinity corrected" con f=180; montato davanti ad un Gerogon Apo 210mm f:9, il tutto su soffietto; tutto ciò mi porta a non conoscere l'effettivo ingrandimento ( comunque non ho le conoscenze tecniche per calcolarlo, ammesso sia possibile ), dovrei fotografare un righello micrometrico nelle stessa situazione. Lo stack è composto da 63 fotogrammi e non c'è molta risoluzione, almeno in confronto al Mitutoyo Plan Apo 5x che mi ha prestato il mio amico, ma l'ho pagato meno di un terzo del prezzo medio dell'usato richiesto in eBay; al prezzo mediamente richiesto conviene aggiungere qualcosa e prendere mitutoyo.
