Ha chiuso il diaframma a f/13 perché ha visto il cielo che era molto luminoso... in queste situazioni ti consiglio di passare alla modalità manuale, magari fai qualche scatto di prova a priorità di tempi, poi imposti in manuale l'esposizione che hai visto migliore
