Costruito con marmo e bronzo in stile neoclassico questo altare era originariamente previsto per la cappella del Palazzo di Riofrio, ma Carlos III lo donò alla Cattedrale . Nel centro, in una teca di bronzo e argento sono i resti di San Frutos e di altri santi e martiri Segovia .
