Come al solito, gran foto sotto ogni punto di vista .. Soggetto, attimo colto dello sguardo , post molto curata , niente lasciato al caso :)
Forse un piccolo "abuso" della focale 35mm ... Certo che con occhi del genere viene istintivo avvicinarsi più del dovuto.
Mio parere però .. Opinabilissimo

Maybe a little "abuse" of the 35mm focal ... Of course with eyes like that is instinctive approach too much.

la mia sul 35mm era una piccola provocazione dispettosa collegata ad un forum che e' andato avanti per 15 pagine sul tema "il 35mm puo essere una lente da ritratti?".
Ho visto (letto) gente scannarsi su questo tema!)))))
Come al solito la verita sta nel mezzo. Quando si dice "ritratto" si intendono molte cose. Se per ritratto si intende il fashion portrait allora lunghezze di focale tipo 85/100/135 sono sicuramente piu "classiche" anche se a me non piace tantissimo vedere immagini dove sembra che le orecchie siano sullo stesso piano del naso in virtu dello schiacciamento dei piani focali dato dai "lunghi" obiettivi.
C'e' poi il ritratto di street photography e di reportage che ha esigenze diverse e in quei casi un 35 o un 28 o anche un 24mm fanno alla grande il loro dovere anche in fatto di ritratti perche danno una profondita ed una prospettiva diversa ritraendo si il sogetto principale ma mantenendone il contesto circostante.
Se vogliamo dirla tutta possiamo anche dire che Mel DI Giacomo (che non e' un ×) ha sempre asserito di aver portato a casa favolosi ritratti street usando il 21mm!
Insomma, tante regole e tanto ferree secondo me non giovano tantissimo alla fotografia. Almeno secondo me!))

As usual, the truth lies somewhere in between. When it says "portrait" means many things. If you intend to portrait fashion portrait then the focal lengths of 85/100/135 type are definitely more "classic" although I do not really like to see pictures where it looks like the ears are on the same floor of the nose by virtue of the crushing of the plans focal given by "long" objectives.
There 's also the portrait of street photography and reportage that has different needs and in those cases a 35 or a 28 or even a 24 mm to make their big whereKing also did portraits because they give a depth and a different perspective by portraying The subject is the main but keeping the surrounding context.
If we are honest we can also say that Mel OF James (who is not 'an idiot) has always claimed that he had brought home fabulous street portraits using 21mm!
In short, so many rules and so strict in my opinion do not help very much to photography. At least in my opinion!))

Forse il punto di ripresa leggermente dall alto ha influito...
Poi se mi dici che il bambino presentava una forte "asimmetria "
del viso allora ok..
Ci sono dei 3D che accusano anche il 50 mm come focale deformante ..
Per me vanno bene tutte se usate correttamente..
Ma è un parere mio...e conto poco poco ...

Espressione che fa la foto, la lunghezza focale non ha colpe! A parte gli scherzi, il tuo é uno stile chiaramente riconducibile al reportage, quindi ci sta eccome... Non ingabbiamoci troppo dentro a regole, ne abbiamo fin troppe. Di recente ho ascoltato un'intervista in cui Alex Majoli consigliava ai giovani fotografi di leggere libri di letteratura piuttosto che guardare solo ed esclusivamente fotografie di altri... Quello che fotografi deve parlare soprattutto di te.

Per me potresti usare solo quello :)
Lasciare a casa il 135 e fare il reportage con una sola lente come fa Vannucci che usa solo il 24mm
