Al centro della loggia ovest del chiostro si trova lo scalone principale (non sono riuscito a fare alcun scatto perché troppo controllato, all'interno non si potrebbero fare foto). Ma alla sua volta un click è partito. Affascinante questo grande affresco fatto da Luca Giordano nel 1692.La Gloria della Monarchia Spagnola è rappresentata da Carlo II al centro della parete ovest che mostra questa apoteosi a sua madre, Marianna d'Austria e a sua moglie Marianna di Neoburgo.
