Di fronte all'altare maggiore si trova il Coro, il più grandioso di tutte le cattedrali europee, realizzato per ospitare il Clero cattedralizio: Arcivescovo,Canonici, prebendari e cappellani del Coro. Gli stalli superiori, al cui centro si trova la sede per l'Arcivescovo, furono realizzati nella parte destra da Alonso Berruguete, e nella parte sinistra da Felipe Bigamy. Gli stalli inferiori, nei quali sono rappresentati gli episodi della conquista di Granada,sono opera di Rodrigo Alemàn, scolpiti tra il 1489 e il 1495. In entrambi i lati si possono ammirare due grandi legii eseguiti nel 1570 da Nicolas de Vergara "il Vecchio" e suo figlio Nicolas de Vergara "el Mozo". Al centro si ammira il leggio dell'aquila, opera tedesca del 1425. Sull'altare del Coro presiede una bella scultura gotica francese del 1400, conosciuta come la Vergine Bianca, una statua notevole per dolcezza e bellezza. Il Coro è chiuso da una grata di ferro realizzata da Domingo de Cèspedes tra il 1541 e il 1548.
