Ciao Nadia, premetto che il termine bruco non è errato, però nel tuo "caso" preferisco quello di larva, perchè l'insetto adulto che nascerà non è una farfalla, ma un piccolo coleottero della famiglia Coccinellidae che si chiama:

Cryptolaemus montrouzieri

Le larve di questa specie sono utilizzate nella lotta biologica, per il controllo della cocciniglia (Planococcus citri) degli agrumi.
