Non è una critica solo nei tuoi confronti: lo è più nei confronti di un modo di fare sempre diffuso (che forse, proprio per questo, può essere considerato ormai normale), quello cioè di criticare errori di altri commettendone in prima persona. Ripeto: lo faccio anche io (nessun accanimento, dunque). :)
@Juza - Mi permetto di dissentire: non trovo la liberatoria "un eccesso a cui ci hanno portato leggi paranoiche sulla privacy" anche perchè... indicazioni sul divieto di pubblicazione senza autorizzazione risalgono ad una legge del 1941 (se non sbaglio), anno in cui, la privacy, praticamente non esisteva. 
Torno a dire: personalmente, a me dà fastidio che qualcuno pubblichi una foto scattata DA me come mi da fastidio che qualcuno pubblichi una foto che ha scattato A me. Per fortuna, entrambe le cose non sono consentite dalla legge (entro certi termini) e posso rivalermi su chi commette entrambi gli illeciti (perchè, illeciti, lo sono). Per quanto mi riguarda, se si deroga su un divieto, si deve accettare che altre persone decidano autonomamente su quale altro divieto derogare (e potrebbe essere un divieto che tocca noi); se così è, trovo "curioso" lamentarsi (ciò premesso, sottolineo che lo faccio continuamente anche io).
