Ti dico quello che avrei fatto io da inesperto come te: doppia esposizione, una per il mare e una per il cielo (le nuvole nella tua foto risultano mosse e forse qui non era il caso). Ma l'acqua l'hai toccata con photoshop?

C'è già una doppia esposizione che non è stata ottenuta con l'unione di due scatti ma in pp. Per quanto riguarda l'effetto dell'acqua, questo è stato ottenuto con la lunga esposizione (30 sec.) Lo stesso dicasi per le nuvole: l'esposizione di 30 sec. ne ha registrato il movimento che a me invece piace; molti fotografi per ottenere questo effetto anche in pieno giorno usano dei filtri nd.
