Galàpagos Islands, Ecuador. Specie: Fregata magnificens

Vecchia foto scattata a North Seymour Island (Galapagos) con D80 e Sigma 100-300. Il maschio si esibisce per la femmina, (in basso nella foto). Le isole che abbiamo visitato erano un piccolo paradiso terrestre. Nessuna possibilità di accesso senza i Rangers locali, molto attenti che i turisti non facessero danni. Gli uccelll sono assolutamente tranquilli, nessuna paura dell'uomo. L'unico problema purtroppo, è che l'aumento della pressione antropica, se non contenuto a sufficienza dal governo, sta lentamente contagiando l'ambiente. Introduzione di semi alloctoni, animali non esistenti sulle isole possono essere disastrosi. Commenti e critiche benvenuti, anche se lo scatto non è niente di speciale e i mezzi tecnici usati non erano il massimo :)

Ci sono stato nel lontano 2007....condivido i tuoi pensieri ed apprezzo motlo la foto, per il "documento " che porta con se'...magari, tra qualche girono posto qualche foto di quell'esperienza....facevo tutto in jpg ed in automatico, all'epoca....mi vergogno un po' a rivedere certi scatti e certe occasioni...lasciate sul campo....
