Ciao, Ilaria.

Given that I'm no expert, I think that part of the sky, with the sun peeping through the clouds, do not add anything to the picture. I then lowered the horizon, giving greater prominence to the mill.
Hello, Ilaria.

Jankoj.

Thank you for your comments and your attention. In particular I thank Ilaria for her suggestion: no matter if you are not an expert (I'm not even me). To tell the truth I was going to cut the sky in accordance with your suggestion, but I did not because the main subject of the photo is not the mill (which is a kind of "fake" subject and that otherwise I would have to lighten opening the shadows) but are the reflections of sunlight on the sea that seems to be made of glistening scales similar to fish scales. It seemed counterintuitive eliminate the sun is the origin of the phenomenon (the reflection).
With hindsight, maybe I should close most of the diaphragm through greater emphasis tothe sun, but the benefit of hindsight, the pits are full ..... :-)
Best wishes. Jankoj.

Saluti
Luca

The lower part is wonderful. Perhaps, for my personal taste, I would have ruled out the sun.

Greetings
Luca

Ciao Claudio.

Beautiful, very beautiful the lower and the management of the shadows, perhaps, I would have taken away the sun and
I would have opted for a square cut.
Hello Claudio.

I agree somewhat 'With all, the Sun has burned the whites, but is a prerequisite to continue to do well ;-)

Belle both versions, with this the sun is "courageous", usually it is avoided .... but maybe that's why most original .... ;-)
