Cool

L 'idea is very good! Opening up to f / 5.6 (maximum so if you were to 55mm) you've got a beautiful blurred between the lamppost and buildings in the background. The thing that convinces me a little 'less is the composition, or rather the arrangement of objects in the picture. Let me explain: I placed the lamp with its 5 lamps in different ways, or in order to understand them all and 5, or in order to focus the 'attention to a couple of these, avoiding, as you did, to create a bit 'of confusion in the foreground: a lamp is whole, centered and visible, it is a cut above, a side, a half-hidden by the other. Overall the result is still VERY nice to me, and I repeat: mine is just an 'opinion! 8-)

Sempre belli i quattro canti di Palermo. Cool

Always beautiful the four corners of Palermo. 8-)

In this there are several errors, compositional and disturbing elements to be eliminated ...
and the colors are off.

You cut the part of the lamppost in SX and not good, or you cut everything or enter everything.
That piece of the balcony to the right has nothing to do with the photos and should be removed.
The part of the street lamp at the top was not cut.
As said by Giammarco.

The principle from which is that what you see in a frame must be clean,
or things are whole and it is better that there are just ...... except when you can not do otherwise !!!
