Questa foto è in realtà una fusione di 3 scatti solamente per documentare la predazione da parte di un assiolo a discapito di un passeraceo perché solitamente siamo abituati a vedere questo piccolo rapace notturno..cibarsi d'insetti. Durante questa sessione fotografica, avendo sistemato la fotocamera a circa 7 metri di altezza per "sfortuna" ho beccato solamente le zampe con la preda e mi sono detto...che sfiga solamente se avessi accorciato la focale dell'obiettivo l'avrei ritratto per intero, ma poi...in fondo in fondo la fotografia naturalistica è così gli insuccessi sono la norma l'importante è non demordere ..magari sarò più fortunato il prossimo anno.
