I took this photo just to test the Kenko just arrived and I did not bother to stay to pull out the tripod, but I think that even a free hand there is not much blur.

Hello a question ... With the multiplier will remain the AF with the 150-500??

No it is, I also tried the method of scotch on the three pin but that did not work either.

complimenti!
;-)

seems even sharper this freehand rather than the next shot with the tripod wow!

congratulations!
;-)

Thank you so much, in fact I was surprised but I think I also depend on the atmosphere, or I do not remember what it's called cosmic wind or something like that and also the position of the moon from day to day, there are differences of incredible sharpness. In fact, if I remember correctly the other I took it when the moon was very low because I wanted to take advantage of the larger size lens effect on the atmosphere but probably this effect the lens covers a bit 'and is softer. This is my theory, but I do not know if it is right.

Ottima luna perlopiù ripresa a mano libera !

Excellent moon mostly handheld shooting!
Surely you are getting a good seeing (ie the weather dates to be current more or less high).
You do not recommend to take celestial objects when they are low because the shooting conditions are much worse than a body higher.

Well then I was wrong, my theory is correct in fact I had read something like this a long time ago and I did not remember wrong.
