Il dettaglio è buono, mi piace il punto di ripresa e lo sfocato in primo piano 
A livello di composizione vedrei meglio il soggetto più a sx, mi sembra troppo centrale.

The detail is good, I like the point of recovery and blurred in the foreground ;-)
In terms of composition I would see better the subject more to the left, it seems too central.
