E' posta in adiacenza al complesso della Rubbianetta oltre il rio Torto, lungo la strada del Galiasso che da qui parte. Fu edificata intorno al 1263 quale cappella benedettina dedicata a San Giuliano e successivamente ricostruita nel XV secolo. Al suo interno sono conservati affreschi coevi, mentre la facciata, molto semplice, è di epoca seicentesca. La chiesetta sorgeva ai piedi del castello che i Signori di Druento eressero a metà del XV secolo sull'area di un antico ricetto di cui si intravedono i resti sull'altura tra gli alberi. Da molti anni la chiesa è chiusa al culto e viene riaperta ogni anno per celebrare la messa solo in occasione della festa di San Giuliano a fine agosto. Nel corso del 2003, su incarico dell'Ente Parco, sono stati eseguiti interventi di restauro.
