Risalente al 1926, costituiva un vero e proprio borgo con scuola e cappella. Interventi più recenti hanno introdotto due silos per formaggi ed un basso fabbricato, primo impianto di produzione dello yogurt, nell'azienda Mandriot. E' attualmente in attesa di un complessivo recupero per essere destinata a fattoria didattica e all'ospitalità residenziale di gruppi organizzati, in particolare scuole e famiglie in visita al centro stesso e al Parco.
