Particolarmente ben conservati la tappezzeria, le dorature del soffitto ed il mobilio (si notino le rotelle che tradiscono il fatto che l'arredo fosse concepito come meuble courant) acquistato presso i mobilieri Levera di Torino fornitori anche degli Appartamenti reali di Palazzo Pitti a Firenze. Un elemento aggiuntivo: il ritratto del re dopo la presa di Roma. "Sono Vittorio Emanuele II, primo Re d'Italia. Mi diedero del Gran Re, Re Cacciatore, Re Galantuomo. Ma, per gli amici, Tojo. Qui mi vedete ritratto di fronte a Roma? dove secondo gli storici pronunciai la storica frase: "Qui siamo e qui resteremo!" In confidenza la vera frase fu un po' meno regale: "Finalment ij soma!" (finalmente ci siamo)
