Porto Pirrone - Via Lattea. Notte fra il 12 e 13 Luglio. Classica serata tra amici. Si cazzeggia un po sulla litoranea e ci si ferma vicino il mare. Arrivata l' 1:00 tutti se ne vanno e rimaniamo solo io e un amico, prendiamo treppiedi e borsa dalla macchina e ci dirigiamo verso la scogliera. Finalmente potevo testare il neo arrivato Tokina 11-16 DX II F/2.8! Iniziamo a cercare il punto più buio e dopo qualche battibecco per quale sia la migliore postazione, troviamo un buon compromesso. A quel punto spegniamo un attimo tutte le luci e alziamo lo sguardo: la Via Lattea era lì, abbastanza visibile a occhio nudo. Uno spettacolo. Notiamo subito che il cielo non è dei migliori e la foschia avrebbe potuto rovinare tutto, ma non ci abbattiamo e ci proviamo lo stesso. Dopo tutti gli sbatti nel montaggio del treppiedi, della testa e della reflex inizio a puntare e fare delle prove.
