Giovanni, in questo scatto non ho composto secondo la classica regola dei terzi, anche se inizialmente ci ho provato ed in effetti ho altri scatti di quella sera composti secondo questa regola (sole e monastero in primo piano all'interno di 2 punti "forti").
Secondo me questo ha più "forza" degli altri perchè i triangoli formati dalle rocce chiare in basso a sinistra, dalla vegetazione al centro e dal complesso roccioso, sovrapponendosi creano una sorta di linea a zig-zag che attraversa tutta l'immagine dal basso in alto fino al sole dando dinamicità e contrasto alla parte bassa.
Il cielo compensa questo dinamismo, e forse tagliando il cielo in alto non avrei avuto la giusta proporzione.
Dovrei provare in effetti.
Infine, quello che forse non ti convince nel dettaglio è una tecnica che uso in PP in questi casi, e che a me piace, ma è fuori "canone".
Applico regolazioni di contrasto e nitidezza completamente differenti, anzi quasi contrapposte, per la vegetazione e per rocce. Sulla vegetazione applico delle regolazioni selettive che creano quasi un effetto Orton, mentre sulle rocce applico delle maschere di contrasto e nitidezza.
Può essere questa differenza di elaborazione che non ti convince?
