Of course running! But the sunflower always turns shoulders in the sun. With her head bent wheel so evident during the sunny days, preventing the delicate and valuable content of its seeds go "burned" by the sun. That gigantic flower is actually a vast expanse of seeds surrounded by yellow bracts. The most important of the elements contained in the seeds is very vital vitamin E, very delicate because photosensitive (direct exposure to oxidize destroying it).
This and much more we should be grateful to the sunflower plant and the ancient superstitions even believed demonic why his turn their backs to the sun, alone!
That valuable content it is found in sunflower oil cold extracted industrially and that obtained using a traditional solventand then desodorato (one sold in supermarkets and recommended for frying) obviously does not contain anything at all!

Matteo

Damifornaio thanks for the wonderful explanation. Obviously I had expressed myself badly in my comment. I meant it to be a legend that revolved sunflowers facing the sun, I was well aware that rotated, but I thank you for all the information I've been able to give!

A greeting
Matthew
