Bella, prova topaz denoise per togliere il rumore, usalo su livello copia, se ti pialla il dettaglio crea una maschera e togli l' effetto dal soggetto con il pennello ( cmq se usi il preset light di topaz non dovrebbe accadere ). Proverei a schiarire anche l' occhio, senza esagerare ;-)

Beautiful, try topaz denoise to remove the noise, use it on level copy, if you plane the detail creates a mask and remove the 'effect from the subject with the brush (cmq if you use the preset light of topaz should not happen). I would try to lighten even the 'eye, without exaggeration ;-)
