Cupola vista con il 16 mm. Dal 1° maggio per curiosi e interessati, è possibile ascendere e visitare la cupola del Santuario Mariano di Vicoforte Mondovì, patrimonio artistico e architettonico, primo mausoleo di Casa Savoia ed importante luogo di fede e di pellegrinaggi già a partire dal 1500. L'evento che si protrarrà fino al 31 ottobre, rientra nel progetto "Magnificat", a cura dell'Associazione Kalatà e permetterà di conoscere da vicino la cupola ellittica più grande del mondo, realizzata nel 1735 dall'ingegnere Francesco Gallo e vivere dall'interno la straordinaria opera pittorica di 6.000 metri quadrati che la decora. Il Progetto, che ha il Patrocinio dell'Expo Italia 2015, ha reso possibile l'accesso a locali mai aperti al pubblico, utilizzati nei secoli esclusivamente dalle maestranze. Non si possono portare macchine Reflex, solo compatte e/o telefonino, ma visto l'interesse fotografico che è stato registrato, per tutti coloro che hanno visitato la cupola e che vorrebbero scattare con le Reflex, lasciando il proprio recapito presso la biglietteria, ci sarà una giornata dedicata a loro.
