credo che ti sia data da sola la risposta e avrei avuto anche la rosa a fuoco se mi fossi distanziato dal soggetto.
Io cerco di privilegiare sempre il soggetto rispetto al "posatoio" e cerco sempre il massimo del Rapporto Ingrandimento.
In certe occasioni blocco la lente a 1:1 e metto a fuoco con la slitta micrometrica
