The mountain in question is the Monte Rosa. You can see the clouds that are formed by condensation around its top which arrives at 4,600 meters. Often the upper winds transport them in different directions, and this I documented some of this other photo gallery:

Thanks for the ride and appreciation

If you live over there, I think you're really lucky.
I visited the gallery dedicated to the Monte Rosa: I were you I would try also to approach a lot more to this wonderful mountain.
Greetings, Claudio.

Buon fine settimana
Roberto

I ... I can not complain: I live between Lake Maggiore and Venice, two places among the most beautiful in Italy and then in the world.
In fact, sometimes I go to Macugnaga and Alagna are the slopes of Rosa.
Unfortunately I have no photos Digital significant mountain taken in those places. I have to look through the old slides, but I seem to have nothing in particular.
The last time I was in Alagna, this August, the top was covered by clouds for the phenomenon of condensation which I have already said. So I could not do that as this photo, taken from the trail to the Refuge Shepherd:

Arrived after noon at the shelter, from which you could have one of the most spectacular views of the Rose, the clouds had thickened further.
I must return on a clear day and get on early, before the formation of clouds, and if I get some decent photos I put it in the gallery.

Good weekend
Roberto

Claudio

Unfortunately, you'll know better than me, the mountain is so: in the morning the sun is shining, the covers all afternoon. Imagine that the first and only time that I wanted to visit the Three Peaks, in August, many years ago, I have not even been able to approach because the road was closed due to bad weather.
This summer and posted a photo that seems to be made in the winter rather than in August, so much so that I was inspired by this to give him the title.

A greeting
Claudio

Ciao
Roberto

... the mountain is so: in the morning the sun is shining, the covers all afternoon.

Yeah ... That's right.
With the Monte Rosa This pattern is particularly evident from the fact that it is a huge massif with several peaks over 4000 meters.

Hello
Roberto
