Buona foto, ma secondo me la testa del grillaio manca leggermente di nitidezza, mi sembra molto piatta...posso sbagliare, magari è frutto della riduzione del rumore!
Poi ho una curiosità sulla scelta degli iso e dell'apertura così spinta...come mai questa scelta?
Tutto ciò detto con la massima tranquillità, ma nell'ottica di un confronto costruttivo!

Corrado...diaframma più chiuso e iso più alti per un tempo più veloce di 1/1600...la profondità di campo aumenta ed è più facile tenere a fuoco tutto il soggetto...le regolazioni che hai utilizzato non sono sbagliate ma è più difficile gestirle...comunque il grillaio è bellissimo.
Corrado ... smaller aperture and ISO higher for a faster time 1/1600 ... the depth of field increases and it is easier to keep in focus the whole subject ... settings you used are not wrong but it is harder to manage them ... but the lesser kestrel is beautiful.
