Anche secondo me è un moriglione femmina (anello perioculare, striscia bianca dietro l'occhio, macchia grigia sul becco scuro). Comunque, una buona foto.

I also believe it is a female Pochard (ring around the eyes, white stripe behind the eye, dark gray spot on the beak). However, a good photo.
