I battenti delle porte, raffiguranti dodici dèi dell'Olimpo, sono stati intarsiati in legno policromo dall'ebanista Gabriele Capello, detto il Moncalvo. Dello stesso autore sono i basamenti a colonna intarsiati su cui poggiano i vasi etruschi, il tavolo centrale con quadriga intarsiata e le poltrone. Una colonna, il tavolo e un battente della porta destra furono presentati nel 1851 all'Esposizione Universale di Londra al Crystal Palace.
