Si. l'ho fatta dal davanzale di una finestra Mi pare avevo una F3 Nikon col 200 mm F4 AIS MICRO con un flash anulare in fill-in a 1/15 di sec. Scansione da velvia 50. Grazie Francesco!!

Ma c'era anche una luce fissa?
Il fatto che in cima ad ogni "strisciata" ci sia la goccia e non in fondo mi confonde..
Luce fissa (strisciata) e flash sulla prima tendina???
Parola che sono veramente curioso, potri avere molto da imparare x ricreare un effetto simile
ed ho già in testa anche un posto dove piove "365 giorni l'anno" 
Ti posso dire, tirando le somme, che l'effetto che hai sortito fà la foto.
Perchè se devo scendere nel dettaglio, i bagliori sopra disturbano MOLTO
e la compo parte bene ma finisce male (soggetto centrale).
Comunqur ottimo spunto, se ne hai voglia, fammi capire....

and the composition starts well but ends badly (main subject).

Looking closer, there is a source of light coming from the left, warm light, almost amber.
The glow above drops may be in transit at the time of the SAME flashiata quinddi and reflected light?? Guardando meglio, c'è una fonte di luce proveniente da sx, luce calda, quasi ambrata.

Senti!! è uno scatto di una trentina di anni fa quando non ero ancora molto esperto e poi avevo i limiti della pellicola. La luce che vedi è quella del tramonto non molto inoltrato ma già calda.E' stata scattata con tempo lento per esporre alla luce ambiente ed ha dato l'effetto della strisciata accompagnata da un colpettino di flash. A quei tempi però non c'era ancora 'mi pare, il sincro con la seconda tendina o io non avevo la reflex adatta, quindi per gli esperti si nota l'errore: infatti prima si vede la goccia d'acqua che corrisponde all'esposizione del flash poi si vede la strisciata che la medesima ha fatto causa l'esposizione alla luce ambiente. Doveva essere l'incontrario per essere corretta.
