Paul, l'unica cosa che ho fatto per far risaltare meglio gli occhi è stato schiarire leggermente il bianco e aumentarne un pelo la nitidezza con una "azione" specifica.

Grazie Balto..non sono molto pratico ancora di photoshop quindi ho provato a farlo con snapseed con la modalità "selettivo"molto più semplice che stare a selezionare la parte che si vuole schiarire..spero sia venuto bene comunque..anche se in bw..grazie ancora ;)
