The close-up is not 'bad, so' as it appears pleasant blur.
I try to suggest some elements of evaluation:
- Cutting the landscape, gives too much space to the left of the insect, a vertical framing, would compacted space better side, it could get a similar effect with a simple clipping resulting shift in the video editing program;
- A thread in more 'saturation and contrast, it would revive the chromatic compo, in particular the flower;
- Having regard to the subject (the insect) that I do not think it was still to be photographed ... maybe it would not be bad faster shutter raising Iso of a pair of stops (400 ISO for example);
- Finally, we note the overexposure in white above the flower (perhaps per intense ambient lighting), to restrain post in managing the parameters light, perhaps on a targeted selection of that area).
All this of course, in hindsight proactively expressing my humble opinion ;-).
A salutone, Claudio :-P Il close-up non e' male, cosi' come appare gradevole lo sfocato.
Provo a suggerirti alcuni elementi di valutazione:
- il taglio landscape, regala spazio eccessivo alla sinistra dell'insetto, una inquadratura verticale, avrebbe compattato meglio gli spazi laterali, un effetto simile lo potevi ottenere anche con un semplice ritaglio con conseguente ricomposizione a video nel programma di fotoritocco;
- un filo in piu' di saturazione e contrasto, penso avrebbe ravvivato cromaticamente la compo, in particolare il fiore;
- visto il soggetto (l'insetto) che non penso sia stato immobile a farsi fotografare..., forse non sarebbe stato male velocizzare il tempo di otturazione alzando gli Iso di un paio di stop (a 400 Iso per esempio);
- si nota infine della sovraesposizione nei bianchi sopra il fiore (forse per intensa illuminazione ambientale), da contenersi in post gestendo i parametri luce, magari su una selezione mirata di quella zona).
Tutto questo ovviamente, col senno di poi esprimendo propositivamente la mia modesta opinione .
