L'immagine appare mossa con soggetto decentrato a sinistra (poco funzionale) . Immagino che non volevi alzarti con gli iso ma riprendere a 300mm con un'ottica a mano libera non stabilizzata a 1/180sec. non può assicurati un margine di sicurezza per evitare il tuo micromosso .
Consigli:
- non esagerare con il crop
- valuta l'ottimo tamron 70-300mm vc usd nitido , rapido di af e con un stabilizzatore efficace (299 euro con 5 anni di garanzia)
- valuta l'acquisto di un battery-grip photix o meike che aiuta a bilanciare i pesi

The image appears to move with the subject off-center to the left (not practical). I guess you did not want to get up with the iso but get back to 300mm with a view freehand unregulated to 1 / 180sec. You can not be sure a safety margin to avoid your blur.
Tips:
- Do not overdo the crop
- Currency excellent Tamron 70-300mm VC usd crisp, fast and with a stabilizer effective af (299 EUR with 5 year warranty)
- Currency purchase a battery-grip photix or meike that helps balance weights

Ora pensa ad un piccolo investimento : 299 euro e un medio tele stabilizzato di 3-4 stop
oppure un 100-400mm canon usato ...
