A me sembra un pò mossa (e ci sta, ad 1/60 sec.), potevi alzare gli iso e lavorare con tempi più comodi! Per sfocare lo sfondo invece puoi provare ad allontanarti ed usare i 250 mm  (ad eccezione del caso in cui il mosso fosse voluto, naturalmente!)
It seems to me a little move (and there is, at 1/60 sec.), You could get up and work with the iso times more comfortable! To blur the background instead you can try to get away and use the 250 mm ;-) (except in the case where the moved was wanted, of course!)
