Una copia della Sindone a grandezza naturale si trova sotto l'altare maggiore, che contiene la pala raffigurante La Vergine, il beato Amedeo di Savoia, la Sindone e l'Eterno in gloria sempre di Milocco. La Sindone venne portata per una giornata in questa chiesa il 25 giugno del 1997 dalla sede arcivescovile dopo che era stata trasferita in seguito all'incendio della Cappella del Guarini, in previsione dei preparativi all'ostensione del 1998; in quel giorno il Telo ricevette anche la visita dell' allora arcivescovo di Torino, cardinale Giovanni Soldarini.
