Innanzitutto di nuovo grazie a tutti.
Allora per il pontile: l' ho voluto sfruttare per donare profondità al frame. Quindi la scelta è più che consapevole. Inoltre questo elemento funge da linea guida verso il soggetto principale della fotografia rappresentato dal campanile (ho applicato semplicemente una classica regoletta compositiva).
La composizione è arricchita dall' atmosfera particolare data dal momento della ripresa: serata invernale con chiaro di luna. Si genera così anche questo contrasto cromatico tra il blu profondo ed intenso di una notte illuminata dalla luna piena (luce enfatizzata da neve e ghiaccio) e lo spot di luce calda sul campanile e le luci delle case sparse sullo sfondo.
Secondo il mio modesto parere il pontile è funzionale allo scatto che avevo in mente e quindi per me va bene così. In ogni caso le vostre notazioni sono graditissime perchè generano un confronto obiettivo e concreto.

First of all thank you all again.
Then to the pier: the 'I wanted to use to give depth to the frame. So the choice is more than aware. Moreover, this element acts as a guideline to the main subject of photography represented by the bell (I simply applied a rule of thumb classical composition).
The composition is enriched by 'special atmosphere given by the time of the shooting: winter evening with the moonlight. This creates even this contrast between the deep blue and intense a night lit by the full moon (light emphasized by snow and ice) and the hot spot of light on the bell tower and the lights of the houses scattered in the background.
In my humble opinion, the wharf is functional at the click in my mind and then fine by me così. In any case your notations are most welcome because they generate an objective comparison and concrete.
