Ciao. soggetti e luce interessanti, in particolare la luce drammatica sul martire a destra.
peccato per aver tagliato la parte a sinistra. è buona norma controllare (quando si ha il tempo di farlo) la composizione e gli elementi di disturbo agli angoli del fotogramma in modo da evitare casi come questo in cui la composizione viene rovinata da un errore tanto banale quanto irrimediabile. io ad esempio per abitudine compongo i miei scatti un filo più larghi di quel che mi serve in modo da evitare il problema a monte. noto che la luce era davvero poca.
Data la focale utilizzata e gli oggetti tutti sullo stesso piano, avresti potuto aprire il diaframma di 1 o 2 stop senza per questo avere soggetti fuori fuoco. questo ti avrebbe permesso di abbassare gli iso o aumentare i tempi di scatto abbattendo rumore e micromosso.
fosse stato possibile avrebbe fatto comodo un flash per schiarire le ombre, ma in un caso come questo è uno strumento molto difficile da controllare. La differente temperatura colore avrebbe creato un gioco di luci bicromatico in quanto la luce ambiente sarebbe stata molto più calda del flash, a meno di non usare filtri specifici.
inoltre un lampo troppo forte rivolto magari al soffitto avrebbe si reso si una luce più diffusa e morbida, ma prevalso sulla luce ambiente a tal punto da annullarla con i relativi pro e contro.

Semplice: un bel 14mm! 
Io trovo molto bello e potente il contrasto luce/ombra prodotto dal crocifisso. Avrei lavorato solo su quello in fase di scatto.
Quando metti l'occhio nel mirino (perché fai così vero?) se hai il tempo di farlo (e qui lo avresti avuto) chiediti sempre se c'è qualcosa che puoi anche escludere. Di solito si tende a fare il contrario: "cosa ci faccio stare?"
Da quando ho cominciato a ragionare in questo modo le mie composizioni ne hanno tratto parecchio giovamento.
E occhio sempre a stare in bolla quando hai delle linee dritte (cioè delle cornici) così importanti come in questo caso.
