Sul lato sinistro della Regia Cappella si apre la Cappella del Beato Amedeo di Savoia (domina l'ambiente la statua del beato realizzata da artisti che lavorarono anche alle Tombe Reali di Superga). Qui sono conservate una cassa-reliquiario, in cui si trovano le reliquie e la statua in cera della piccola Santa Filomena (vissuta tra III-IV secolo), e una teca che espone una Pietà in cera di scuola napoletana.
