Dal corridoio della Sindone si accede alla Cappella Regia, dove lavorarono dapprima l'architetto di corte Filippo Juvarra e poi il suo successore Benedetto Alfieri, componendo un ambiente straordinario dominato dall' altare scenografico con il Cristo in croce dello scultore Carlo Francesco Plura e il tabernacolo intarsiato da Pietro Piffetti, uno dei maggiori ebanisti di tutti i tempi. Sontuosi paramenti sacri, alcuni dei quali ricamati dalle regine di Casa Savoia, sono allestiti nella Cappella Regia e nella Galleria delle Battaglie.
