Unfortunately you got it from a distance, still a good catch.

Too bad for the distance of goggetto which is more prominent than the background empty!

The photo would have been good if the background was moved by qualcosa.Cosi 'a bit' a feeling of emptiness

Grazie! Ciao M.a.t.

I totally agree with all of you, I thank you for taking your time to visit and comment the photo: the kestrel is-was far, no doubt. When I saw and photographed I wanted to have a big lens of 1000 mm or more but not duplicates (does not matter if there are, often serve!), I have the 150-500 and exploited to the maximum.
I always try to photograph the opportunities that are presented to me, especially in places such as this absolutely "free" and unexpected sightings, I think the luck of the time I could not find me, for surely I can not travel in those wonderful places that I see in the various topics where the possibility of encounters with exciting subjects would be more frequent.
For many users this might be a silly photo, to trash, from a certain point of view, perhaps can be understood their thinking. I am the first to post a shot I try to ascertain whether its overall quality is really poor, then, since I'm not afraid to get ingame, or to receive negative criticism, or tips-tips, I propose the photo and I compare myself with those who want to have their say.
I added these lines because I keep reading complaints about the quality of the photos and comments on them, I have already expressed in those specific topics, where, however, unfortunately I also read of 'inconsistency between the declared and acted. This somewhat 'bothers me :-|
So here, without polluting other people's topic, I tried to re-explain my approach to photography of nature and the Forum.
Thank you! Hello Mat

Fabio

In every moment it is being photographed, I believe that Nature has something to say, you deserve to be shot ... And this, regardless of the quality of the image that we can pull out. Compliments (as also write ...). Fabio
