Magnifica anche questa Giordano; le due foto non sono però paragonabili perché il divario da 1600 a 4000 i.s.o. è troppo elevato. Entrambi gli scatti comunque danno una risposta positiva al tuo quesito; questa nuova lente è realmente notevole. Se poi è la più adatta al tuo modo di fotografare, che probabilmente è identico al mio, è questione di scelta. Nel caso debba essere il solo tele, non ho dubbi personalmente sia meglio un fisso; come secondo invece tutt'altro discorso, scelta perfetta.

Mario,i risultati sono questi.!!sono in possesso di una copia molto buona del vecchio 100-400 ma devo dire che la serieII è veramente un'altra cosa,la qualità del file a 400mm è paragonabile al fisso 400 5,6 ma con uno sfuocato molto più bello,un IS favoloso e una MF immediata e precisa ....quando l'ho provato sono rimasto stupito...credo che farò upgrade..!!!!

Certo Francesco,è come seconda lente,o prima lente.!!visto che come te faccio quasi sempre foto in modo itinerante.
Il mio modo di fotografare è per 80% in forma vagante,15/20%,questa è la percentuale in cui fotografo da appostamento, e per quel poco, ho il 600mm is,quindi non mi pongo il problema.

Are in possession of a copy of the old 100-400 very good but I must say that the serieII is really something else, the quality of the file to 400mm is comparable to the fixed 400 5.6 but with a focus much nicer, a fabulous IS and MF immediate and precisawow! .... when I tried it I was amazed ... I think I'll upgrade .. !!!! :-P

Certainly Francis, and &serious; as the second lens, and the first lens. !! because like you I almost always picture in itinerant way.
The way I shoot is for 80% in the form rambling, 15/20%, this is the percentage by which the photographer stalking, and what little I have is the 600mm, so I pose the question.
